I'm an Educator, Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over two decades of experience in academia, wellness, elite performance and mental health. Drawing on evidence-based practice, I employ a person-centered approach to help my clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships, develop resilience, and create positive change. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients can find solutions to life's many complex problems.
I have a special interest in couples counselling and coaching and use a variety of methods, including the Gottman Method, to help couples improve communication, build intimacy and address underlying emotional issues. I am also attuned to the unique needs of artists, elite performers and the LGBTQ+ community.
