My patients are mostly adolescents and young adults. Some common issues that are affecting them include: 1. Anxiety and stress related to school, work and social pressures 2. Depression and Mood disorders that affect their daily function and performance 3. Self-esteem and Body image especially adolescence is a time of significant physical and emotional changes. 4. Relationship issues in maintaining healthy relationships with peers, family members and romantic partners. They need a safe and supportive place where we could explore thought and feeling without fear of judgment.
