My psychotherapy sessions integrate different therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic approaches, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. Through these approaches, empowering my client to find their strength and transform themselves to be a better self.
