I am a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a BACP registered Psychotherapist trained with Regent’s University London and Tavistock and Portman. I hold a PhD in Occupational Health Psychology at University of Nottingham, and a MSc. in Counselling at University of Edinburgh.
My approach is integrative psychodynamic, it focuses on the dynamics and potentials of human relationships. Like the wind through the tree, my psychotherapeutic practice is a movement between the past and the present, between the inside and outside, between the therapists.
My understanding of psychotherapy starts from the position that there is no cure or fixation, and my practical experience makes me consider the goal of psychotherapy as a different avenue to change and growth, and to remove the obstacles to knowing the extent of our relations, thoughts, and feelings.
