I am a qualified Counsellor, providing services in-person and online. My primary focus in on working with individual, including teenagers and adult who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating personal choice in the face of loss and change. We all encounter hardship in life and seek support form someone who can help us explore the causes of our suffering and guide us towards hope, peace, personal empowerment, freedom and the future we desire for ourselves.
My specialisation lies in the area of transpersonal, uncovering and cultivating meaning and purpose in life. This involves fostering a deeper understanding and acceptance of our own identity, while also leaning to extend compassion and reconciliation toward ourselves and those around us, all while maintaining personal boundaries.
