Hello there! I am a licensed Psychologist in New York and a Registered Clinical Psychologist in Hong Kong with over 10 years of experience. I work with adults, teens and their families who face challenges such as major life changes and stresses, depression and anxiety, trauma and bereavement. My practice is informed by a range of evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and EMDR. I am currently seeing all clients through online therapy sessions in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Apart from my professional knowledge and skills, my priority is to create a non-judgemental and compassionate environment that respects your pace. I will help you to build more understanding of yourself, your thoughts and emotions, and most importantly, to work together towards meaningful goals and develop new skills so you can move forward.
Starting therapy is never easy, so I am so grateful to walk with each one of my clients. I will support you heading to a goal that we set together based on the initial assessment.
