The Lighthouse Counselling provides a non-judgmental space for clients to overcome problems and lead a meaningful self-development journey. We provide confidential counselling, psychotherapy and life coaching in Hong Kong. Therapy for various issues including anxiety, depression, burnout, distress, anger management, relationship and family, couples therapy, life transitions, etc. Online Zoom / Skype counselling is also available. We provide counselling and psychotherapy to individual adults, adolescents, couples and families. We adopt an integrated and person-centered therapeutic approach to our counselling, using concepts from cognitive behavioural, emotion-focused, solution-focused, acceptance and commitment where appropriate.
