I am certified in both Western clinical psychotherapy and Eastern contemplative psychotherapy. As a registered clinical supervisor, I conduct supervision for mental health providers . I am trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, Psychodynamic, TA and Hypnosis. Eastern contemplative psychotherapy draws on the practice of meditation, mindfulness, yogic breathwork and philosophy. I see Adults, Teenagers, Tweens and parents of international cultures. I have a special interest in mild to complex trauma, anxiety/panic attacks, OCD, depression, sleep issues, critical illnesses, borderline and bipolar disorders, grief and loss, conflicts .
