I support clients in taking steps towards living life in line with their values. I work with clients experiencing issues including anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD and ASD, and support clients through life and career transitions, hard decisions and issues of self-worth and belonging. I work with both adults and adolescents. Prior to practicing as a counsellor, I pursued a 15-year career in legal practice, university teaching and business, and I understand the challenges faced by working professionals.
I primary use ACT and CBT, and take a goals-focused approach with counselling. I support clients on the development of mindfulness, acceptance, flexibility and self-compassion in pursuit of positive change.
If you are feeling stuck or unfulfilled in life, we can work together to seek a positive direction. Counselling starts with connection - please feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute phone consultation session.
