I have lived and worked in Hong Kong for over 30 years. I work with many different clients from a multitude of backgrounds and ethnicities. I offer people a safe and confidential service where they can explore the challenges they may face, and find solutions which are comfortable and right for them. Goals become achievable and life feels liveable. Clients can also feel a sense of lightness, positivity, and a clear view of how they are going to proceed through their lives.
I primarily counsel adults and young adult. I specialise in areas such as relationships, depression, anxiety, substance misuse, suicidal ideation, and problems that arise for young people in educational settings, separation and divorce. At the moment I am only meeting clients online.
